3. The B2B Ordering & Payment Workflow
To ensure inventory accuracy and precise shipping costs, we utilize a “Quote-First” ordering system:
Order Submission: Add items to your cart and submit your order request. No payment is required at this stage.
Factory Verification: Our Foshan team will verify stock availability and calculate the final shipping cost based on your specific destination and weight.
Final Proforma Invoice: We will send a finalized quote (including shipping) back to your account/email.
Payment & Dispatch: Once you review and pay the final invoice, your goods will be prepared for immediate dispatch.

4. Shipping & Return Policy (Strictly Final Sale)
Please read carefully before placing your order:
No Return Policy: Due to the competitive nature of our wholesale pricing and the logistics of international shipping, all sales are final once the goods have been dispatched from our facility. We do not accept returns or exchanges for wholesale orders.
